First time grabbing something to eat from Subway, it tasted good and also kept me filled till I got back home from my trip!

A normal subway but unfortunately very unfriendly staff. We ordered four and a half subs and immediately we were warned that we can only pre-order that much, otherwise everyone would have to wait for us (understandable when it is full). They even said that we could be sent away - how inviting. But we were the only ones there and the next train would have arrived in 10 minutes. During the service I was given the feeling as a customer that I was not wanted. It's a shame that customer friendliness suffers due to a normal family order. Next time we will pre-order each sub online and ask the branch to be friendly.

Seldom experienced such unfriendly staff. When asked, the eyes were rolled and the replies were sloppy - if at all. The credit card was not accepted despite being advertised. The clerk told me to read it more carefully. The food was okay, but such a staff cannot be supported!

Classic subway, right in the main train station, easy and barrier-free to reach. Operation could be a bit faster, but the quality is right.

I've been coming to Subway for several years now and it always tastes great there. The shop is small but nice and perfectly located for on the go. The staff are always friendly and do their job quickly and thoroughly. Every time I go to eat there, I look forward to a nice chat and delicious food.

unfriendly, almost soggy My visit wasn't such a nice experience. Not a word of greeting, just an annoyed comment from the employee about my large piece of luggage. As a customer, I had the feeling that I had to meet the questions and requirements of the service in no time. My questions or needs could not be answered ... The product was compliant with Subway guidelines. But I will not visit this subway again.

There is a subway in Dessau station and it tastes very good! The shop assistants are all very friendly! I like to go there once a week!

Great food but unfriendly service. If misunderstood, the customer will be accused of not being precise enough instead of asking. Quote "speak more clearly next time".

In itself delicious and nice staff. Unfortunately the bread was too soft, which I thought was a shame. And onions weren't on either. But everything else ok.

Delicious, fresh and friendly staff. Unfortunately, it only opens at eight o'clock, so you can't even get something to eat quickly if, for example (like me) you have to make your move at seven o'clock.

My wife and I wanted to buy a sandwich there, not possible in Corona times. There was another person in the restaurant, nobody else. My wife should stay outside and place her order screaming from there .....: D ..... Incredible ...... Now sitting in a restaurant with about 20 other people ... staff reacted unfriendly the question of what if I wanted to buy a sandwich with 4 friends ....

Subway is subway, always a good stop for good food.
